Hello on the Nafta wave!

A podcast about theater, people, and Kharkiv

Hello-hello, Ukrainian theater speaking!
We want theater to be relevant, democratic, and friendly — a tool for social dialogue. Obviously, the most accessible way for us to influence is by creating performances. However, we strive to explore new communication channels to become even more open to our audience. That’s why we’re launching a podcast!
With this podcast, we aim to contribute to the popularization of Ukrainian theater, making it closer to people — revealing what happens behind the scenes, inviting audiences to look deeper and learn more. Years of repression and censorship have left their mark on Ukrainian culture, and the full-scale war continues this legacy. Now more than ever, we feel the need to build new dialogues, connect people from different communities, and amplify the voices of contemporary cultural figures shaping Ukraine’s artistic landscape.
Our podcast host, Artem Vusyk, will speak about important theater topics in simple (and sometimes not-so-simple) words. In each episode, we will discuss the unchanging (our love for theater and Kharkiv, of course!) with new guests — professionals from the theater world, thought leaders, and our friends. The "inside scoop" on theater will mix with expert opinions and personal experiences.
The first episode of the podcast is already available on our YouTube channel and streaming platforms. Jump on the theater wave!
