“RAT” is an absurd detective-plastic comedy with elements of puppet theater.
At the center of the story is an ordinary worker, Mr. Chepelenko — a janitor by profession and a passionate enthusiast of his craft.

One evening, while working near a dumpster, he stumbles upon a suspicious suitcase. Sensing something unusual, he quickly hides the suitcase and rushes home. What Mr. Chepelenko doesn’t know is that various criminal clans and visiting gangsters are already on the hunt for that suitcase. Suddenly, the janitor becomes a key target for these criminals. What follows is a series of hilarious assassination attempts and shootouts, mixed with the quirky physical antics of the characters.

Meanwhile, an eccentric investigation unfolds. Detectives Spoon and Smith, together with their boss, Detective Myers, are determined to catch the criminals red-handed. But soon, suspicion arises within the detective department — it seems that there’s a RAT among them! This realization makes the investigation even more absurd and mysterious.

Who will find the secret suitcase first? Who is the Rat? Will Mr. Chepelenko befriend the mafia? What will happen to the detectives, and what does a grandmother have to do with all of this?
