ANTON AND NATASHA IN SEARCH OF THE MEANING OF LIFE

[Show temporarily suspended]

A humorous pseudo-philosophical comic story about the life of a married couple and the theatre itself. After six happy years together, Anton and Natasha want to figure out what it’s all for and decide to search for the meaning of life. However, Natasha is a pragmatic woman. She doesn’t want to bother with such deep searches, so she dies at the very beginning of the play. Yet, to keep Anton from relaxing or looking at other women, she sticks around as a ghost.
Anton, left to do all the work, jumps on a bike and sets off on a journey through various social classes. Along the way, he meets gangsters, an actor, a cashier, a businessman, and other characters. Each has their own philosophy, but none can help him find clarity. The meaning of life remains elusive. So, during the performance, we turn it into a quiz show, where we talk about love, self-realization, healthy eating, and cats.

Simultaneously with the couple’s story, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into our theatre. Actors will pause the show, argue on stage, swap roles, and even try to rewrite the script. Just like in real rehearsals!

The cherry on top — a song performed by the musical band HOSSP.
